What a business website costs in Dubai

The range is enormous and mostly explained by scope. Here is what actually moves the number, and what should never be an extra.

The ranges

A template-based brochure site in Dubai typically starts in the low thousands of dirhams. A custom-designed marketing site with proper content work sits considerably higher. E-commerce and anything with booking, payment or integrations goes higher again.

Our own website builds start at AED 3,500, published on the pricing page, with tracking and conversion setup included rather than quoted separately.

What actually changes the price

Not the number of pages, which is what most quotes are built around. These are the real drivers:

  • Whether the design is bespoke or a template being configured
  • Who writes the content — this is the single most common cause of a stalled project
  • Integrations: booking systems, payment, CRM, inventory
  • Whether the content is bilingual, which is closer to two sites than one and a half
  • How many rounds of revision are included before extras begin

What should be included and often is not

Ask specifically about each of these before signing. Any of them arriving later as an extra is a sign the quote was engineered to look low:

  • Analytics installed and conversion tracking configured, not just a tag pasted in
  • Sitemap, robots and per-page titles and descriptions
  • Mobile testing on a real device rather than a resized browser window
  • Basic speed work — a site that fails Core Web Vitals on launch day is not finished
  • Handover of every account and credential in your name

The ownership question worth asking first

Who owns the domain, the hosting and the code when the relationship ends? A site you cannot move is a subscription with extra steps.

Ask this before the design conversation. It changes what a low quote is really worth.

Where a cheap site becomes expensive

A site that ranks for nothing, loads slowly on mobile data and has no working conversion tracking will cost more in wasted ad spend within a year than the difference between the cheap quote and a competent one.

That is not an argument for the most expensive option. It is an argument for checking that the basics are in the scope rather than assuming.

Common questions

Should we use a website builder instead?

For a simple brochure site with someone in-house to maintain it, that can be entirely reasonable. It becomes limiting once you need real speed, custom templates or serious search performance.

How long should a website take?

A straightforward marketing site is usually a few weeks. Delays are almost always content, not development.
