Proxpat Media (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit proxpatmedia.com or engage our services, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Information we collect
What you give us, and — only if you accept analytics — how the site is used. Decline analytics and we collect nothing beyond what you send us directly.
- Information you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, company name if you give one, an indicated budget range, and your message
- Anything you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone
- Information exchanged in the course of delivering work you have engaged us for
Why we hold it
- To answer your enquiry and provide services you asked for
- To carry out an engagement you have entered into with us
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations
We do not send marketing emails, and submitting the contact form does not add you to a list.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, trade or rent personal information. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. If you accept analytics, Google processes usage data as our processor, governed by its own privacy policy, which we do not control. Beyond those two, we share information only with professional advisers where necessary, or with legal authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for up to twelve months and then deleted. Records relating to work delivered are kept for as long as UAE accounting and tax rules require, and no longer.
UAE data protection law
We are established in Dubai and process personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (the PDPL) and its implementing regulations. Where you are in a jurisdiction whose own data protection law applies to you, we will honour rights granted there as well.

To exercise any of these, email info@proxpatmedia.com. We will respond within thirty days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies until you accept analytics, and nothing is loaded before you choose. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 loads through Google Tag Manager and sets two cookies. The cookie policy lists them, explains what each does, and describes the two items stored in your browser's local storage — your analytics choice, and whether the Inspect control is on.

We may update this policy. Changes are published on this page with a revised date at the top.
