Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PROXPAT MEDIA website (proxpatmedia.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

PROXPAT MEDIA provides digital marketing and growth services including but not limited to: social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, website design and development, branding, content creation, video production, and lead generation. Service details, scope, and deliverables are defined in separate service agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of PROXPAT MEDIA and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

For client work, intellectual property ownership and usage rights are defined in individual service agreements.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and billing arrangements are specified in individual service agreements. All fees are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to applicable taxes. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

Service Limitations

PROXPAT MEDIA makes no guarantees regarding specific results, rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, competition, budget, and client collaboration. We commit to delivering services with professional standards and industry best practices.

Limitation of Liability

PROXPAT MEDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or other valid reasons.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
