Video · Editing
Video editing in Dubai, from raw footage to every format.
Editing for businesses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi: brand films, ads, interviews and social video, cut, captioned, sound-mixed and exported for every place it will run. From footage we shoot or footage you already have. Quoted per brief.
Most brands have more footage than they have ever used.

01What we edit
Whatever the footage has to become.
- 01Brand and corporate films
- The video a business is judged by, edited to hold attention past the opening — then cut down so it works beyond the homepage.
- 02Ads and ad variations
- The same message with different openings, lengths and formats, so the ad account can say which one works rather than leaving everyone to guess.
- 03Interviews and talking heads
- Pauses, false starts and repeated points taken out, with the speaker’s meaning left intact and captions on screen.
- 04Event and team footage
- Hours of footage from a launch, an event or the team’s phones, gone through and turned into the few videos worth posting.
- 05Reels and TikToks
- Vertical edits built for the feed, each with its own page: Reel editing and TikTok video editing.
- 06YouTube and website video
- Longer edits with chapters in the right places, a thumbnail frame chosen on purpose, and a shorter version for everywhere else.
02What an edit includes
More than the cut.
- 01Selects and structure
- The footage marked up — keep, cut, reframe — and the story decided before the timeline is built.
- 02Cutting and pacing
- Cuts on the words and the action, dead air taken out, and the reason to keep watching placed first.
- 03Captions and on-screen text
- Timed, sized for the screen it will play on, and kept clear of each platform’s interface.
- 04Sound
- Dialogue cleaned up and levelled, music placed under the voice, and audio licensed for the way the video will be used.
- 05Colour
- Shots corrected so they match each other, and the look kept consistent across every version.
- 06Exports
- Every format and length exported and named for the placement it runs in.
03Footage you have
Circled: the take nobody used.
Start with what is already on the drive.
Most brands have a folder of footage that produced one video and then sat there: the extra takes, the behind-the-scenes clips, the event recording, the phone videos the team shot because something looked good. Going through it is often the fastest way to more video, because the expensive part — getting people and places on camera — has already happened.
We go through it first and tell you what it can make. Honestly, too: a shot framed tightly for a wide screen cannot become a good vertical, and sound recorded across a room cannot be made to sound close. When the footage cannot do the job, the answer is a shoot planned for the formats you need.
Circled: the take nobody used.
04How it runs
From footage to files, in order.
- 01Brief
- What each video is for, where it will run, and what the viewer should do next.
- 02Footage review
- Everything watched and marked up before editing starts, so the best material is chosen rather than stumbled on.
- 03Rough cut
- The structure, for you to react to before time goes into detail.
- 04Fine cut
- Captions, sound and colour finished, then reviewed frame by frame against the brief before you see it.
- 05Versions and delivery
- Every format and length the plan calls for, exported and named for where it runs.
05Price
Quoted per brief.
Editing has no single published rate, because the amount of footage and the number of finished versions vary too much between jobs. Send a brief and you get a fixed quote before anything starts. Full production, from concept and shoot to delivery, starts at the rate on the video production page.

What we turn down.
Not offered:
Stock footage passed off as your ownWhere an edit uses licensed footage, it is labelled as licensed footage — the same rule this site follows for its own imagery.
Not offered:

07Questions
The things people actually ask.
How much does video editing cost in Dubai?
We quote per brief. The work ranges from tightening one interview to building a campaign out of several days of footage, so one rate would be wrong for most jobs. What moves the number: how much footage there is, how many finished videos and versions you need, and how much sound, caption and colour work the footage needs. You get a fixed quote before anything starts.
Can you edit footage we shot ourselves?
Yes, including phone footage. We go through it first and tell you plainly what it can make. Some things an edit cannot fix — sound recorded too far from the speaker, or a shot framed too tightly to become a vertical — and we would rather say so before editing than after.
How should we send our footage?
As the original files, through a file-sharing link. Messaging apps compress video heavily, and footage that has been sent through one has already lost detail the edit cannot get back.
Do you add subtitles and on-screen text?
Yes. Captions are part of the edit: timed to the speech, sized for the screen the video will be watched on, and kept clear of the app’s own interface on vertical formats.
How long does an edit take?
It depends on the amount of footage and the number of versions. You get the schedule with the quote, before anything starts, and the usual constraint is how quickly notes come back rather than the edit itself.
Will you use our footage in your own marketing?
Not without your written permission. Client footage stays with the client, which is why the imagery on this site is labelled as reference rather than presented as our work.
