Cookie policy

This page lists every cookie Proxpat Media sets on proxpatmedia.com. It is a short list on purpose: we run no advertising pixels, no session recording, no chat widget and no social tracking on this site.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site recognise the same browser across pages and visits. Cookies cannot read files on your device or run programs.

Cookies we set

Analytics — set only if you consent

These come from Google Analytics 4. They are not set when the page first loads. Analytics storage stays disabled until you accept it in the cookie banner, and nothing below is written if you decline.

CookiePurposeDuration
_gaAssigns a random identifier so repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one visitor rather than several. It holds no name, email or phone number.2 years
_ga_FJ7PRXCPZLHolds the state of your current session — when it started and whether it is still running — for this specific Analytics property. The suffix is our property identifier, not anything about you.2 years

Strictly necessary

We store your cookie choice itself in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every page. It records only whether you accepted or declined, is never used for tracking, and is the one piece of storage that cannot be switched off without breaking the banner.

What we do not use

  • No advertising or remarketing cookies
  • No Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok pixels
  • No session recording or heatmap tools
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind
  • Google Signals and advertising personalisation are switched off on our Analytics property

Changing your mind

To withdraw consent, clear this site’s cookies in your browser settings and reload the page — the banner will ask again. You can also block cookies globally in your browser, or install Google’s opt-out add-on to stop Google Analytics on every site you visit.

Declining analytics does not limit anything on this site. Every page, the pricing and the contact form work identically either way.

Third parties

Google processes the analytics data described above on our behalf. Its handling of that data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, which we do not control. See our privacy policy for what we collect directly and what your rights are.
